1. Book an assessment

Meet with an expert coach to evaluate where you are and where you want to go. This 30-minute session ($49) includes:

  • InBody Scan – A detailed body composition analysis.

  • Goals Assessment – A personalized plan tailored to you.

  • Movement Screening – A professional evaluation of mobility, stability, and strength.

Based on your assessment, you and your coach will decide the best path forward:

  • OnRamp Program – A structured introduction to Strength Society’s training system.

  • Athlete Matrix – A deep performance assessment tracking strength, power, speed, and agility.

  • Private or Semi-Private Training – Work 1-on-1 or in a small group with expert coaches for a structured, tailored program designed around your goals.
