Over a decade in the fitness industry working as a Personal Trainer & Strength & Conditioning coach. With a wide range of athletic interests, he has built up a clientele that includes a variety of athletes: baseball, football, soccer, volleyball & some general strength adult athletes. He has in-depth knowledge on how to get strong, fast, & explosive. Specialties: Baseball & softball strength & skill development | Olympic Lifting
David Bernal
Over a decade in the Fitness Industry working as a Physical Therapy Technician, Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, & Associate Head Coach. He has worked with athletes of all ages & skill levels. This incredible variety has allowed him to gain indispensable experience in coaching, leadership, & business. Aurora Arlt
A Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach since 2018, who embraces a philosophy that prioritizes health and fitness as an act of self-care. Brandon Walker
Received a Master of Science degree from West Texas A&M in the spring of 2021. Spent final year Interning for the TCU Horned Frogs under Zach Dechant. After graduation, Brandon went on to work at Impact Academy in Las Vegas where he served as the Head Coach of the Post Graduate Basketball team. In addition to the post graduate team, Coach Walker ran skill development programs for Men and Women pro, overseas, and high college level basketball players. We’re equipped with barbells, trap bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a cable machine for strength training. For power and conditioning, we offer Rogue soft plyo boxes, hurdles, sandbags, weight vests, and sleds. Our cardio arsenal includes Assault Runners, Assault Bikes, Concept2 Rowers, and a SkiErg to build endurance and capacity. To elevate speed and power, we use a jump mat for vertical testing and speed gates for sprint tracking.
